NOIZ chain - NOIZ token and cash flow

Have you ever seen “Mad Men” TV series about the top advertising agencies of the 60’s? If you had, you most probably remember the speaking advertisement concept – ad supposed to speak to the consumer to convince him for the purchase. And as in the 60’s, it was just a metaphor, today, thanks to the NOIZ chain it can be a reality.

The NOIZ chain specializes in cognitive advertisement. NIKOLA, a smart banner invented by the company, is intended to have a chat with the client and rewards his engagement. More about the NIKOLA and NOIZ chain in general you can read here:

Today, we will focus on the other, but very crucial part of the NOIZ chain: token economy. NOIZ, a token released by the N.C. will be a payment tool in the NOIZ ecosystem. The advertiser pays for the ad and ad implementation to the NOIZ. NOIZ transfers the tokens to NIKOLA, who pays for the user engagement. NOIZ token also goes to the publisher as a payment for the place. Publisher on the other hand can send some NOIZ to the client for a data. User can either keep their NOIZ, change them or as all the parts of this chain, he can send the tokens to the social impact organizations. Both advertiser and publisher can offer a discount for the user, basing on the feedback they received from NIKOLA. The exact token-cash flow you can see on the picture below:

Tokens allocation
NOIZ is a ETC-20 token (based on Ethereum protocol). From 400 million NOIZ tokens issued 45% can be purchased during the token sale. Founding team will receive 20%, 15% will be reserved, 10% will go for the charitable foundations, 8% to advisors and 2% for bounty hunters. For today I couldn’t find any information about the collected funds allocation.
