Our brain is very complex. Whenever you think or do us, we are not ready for many times. There are many common issues that depend on the complexity of the brain. Knowing those common issues can take a lot of things in general. Today we will see some different psychological information that we may never realize.

1. People decide to think unconscious

Many times, we have to consider a lot of things to decide on many important issues, choosing alternative verification, impacting all results etc. But in reality we all think of our subconscious decisions. Because, our brain can receive 11 million bit of data per second.

So our brain does not have the ability to verify such a large amount of information together, and we decide that we really think of ourselves as subconscious.

2. We want more options

We only make the right decision when we have fewer options. Professor Dan Ehrlyy told a study done by him in his "Predictably Irrational" book, where they opened two booths for selling jam.

24 types of jams were given in a booth and only 6 types were in another.Though there was a small number of options, the number of sales in that booth was six times higher than the number of booths. So we can make good decisions only when we have fewer options.

3. A practice takes 66 days!

Many studies have seen 66 days enough for some to make you practice. If someone takes that task for 66 days, then it will become his habit. Such as wake up in the morning It also applies to any bad habit.

4. Multi-tasking is not possible for the people

We've heard many people do many things together. It is never possible for people to do more than one job together. Our brain can only focus on one thing at a time.

5. Fear of staying away from mobile phones says 'Nomophobia'

In 2010 a phobia called 'Nomophobia' was discovered in a study . Its full form is 'no mobile phone phobia'. 54% of the people who are asked in the study have never encountered it. Studies have also shown that girls are more affected than men in 'Nomophobia'.

6. When the brain is tired, it is creative

It sounds strange but it is also true. When your brain is tired, different creative thoughts come to mind. You may think that the brain can not pay any attention to the work in tiredness! But it is also a scientific explanation.

7. Travel gives rise to depression and heart disease

The lesser the travels, the less likely it is to have depression and heart disease. Travel helps to provide mental health. So if you want to live without any medication, then go down now.

8. Keep in mind only 10 minutes

Sometimes it has happened, you have prepared for a very important class and decided to concentrate on the class, but after a while it was no longer possible? This is because we can concentrate for only 10 minutes in any work. Studies show that someone can not concentrate on 10 minutes and after this time the mind starts to think otherwise.
