Beef curry
I go on, enjoy it, I'm motivated. This recipe was taken from an Asian cookbook that I love: WôK by Marie-Laure Tombini, simple, quick and particularly good recipes.
Ingredients: for 4 persons
350g ground beef
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cc of curry powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp. cumin powder
2 tbsp soy sauce
20 cl coconut milk
2 tbsp olive oil
Peel and chop the onion. Peel, degrease and crush the garlic clove.
Heat the oil in your wok. Saute the onion and garlic. Add the spices. Pour 5 cl of water, soy sauce and coconut milk. Simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat. Add the minced meat and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve with flavoured rice or Chinese noodles.
