It is super easy to make tastefull and juicy patties at home. All you need is minced meat, onions, garlic, milk or heavy cream, egg, salt and pepper and a little wheat flour!

Mix the meat with the cut up onions, garlic Add salt and pepper. Add milk and eggs then add wheat flour(or other types of flour) to get the consistency you prefer to make patties.

Turn the heat on the stove at max and fry the patties on both sides until you get the colour you want before turning the heat off and let it rest until done.

Creamy Chanterelle Sauce

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 pound fresh Chanterelle mushrooms, sliced
(if they're small enough, you can leave them whole)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup brandy (optinal)
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • Chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

  1. Melt the unsalted butter in a large heavy skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add the mushrooms and the onion to the skillet. Sauté over medium-high heat until the mushrooms begin to brown and almost all of the liquid has reduced. This should take roughly 12 minutes.
  3. Add the cream and brandy to the mushrooms. Pour in the chicken stock.
  4. Boil this mixture until thickened almost to a sauce consistency, about 8 minutes.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley.

Easy, tastefull and hearty!

I used a little sriracha in the patties as well, just because I enjoy the taste!
