Use a plant-based milk (prefer oat or rice), put your oats, 2 tbsp. of coconut flour, 1 tbsp of Tahini & one star arnis in a pan. Add a bit water, spices ( cinnamon, touch salt, tumeric), seeds ( hemp, flax, poppy) and some coconut rasps. 😊
