I have already explained Steve Bell is not a police man. Steve Bell is the manager at the Slough Council Parking Shop in the UK. He impersonated a police man before becoming one.

I did not know who Steve, was the people on the phone was referring to until after the $2 Billion Bitcoin arrest in Germany.
