I started the day by taking a yoga class. I've been trying to prioritize my physical health, and yoga has been really helpful for me. It's amazing how just a few minutes of stretching and movement can make me feel so energized and centered.
After the class, I headed to a nearby park to take a walk. The weather was perfect, and it was great to get outside and enjoy the fresh air. I love taking walks and clearing my mind.
