It's another Super Power Tuesday above ground. A storm seems to be trying to get started. We're trying to decide whether to go to the gym, or work out at home.

Source sent me another "khrazij" idea to offer our audience. There's no way to prove it, or disprove it, (although it probably doesn't bear the burden of disproof because it's not an accepted theory. Maybe in twenty years it will be discussed. Remember you heard it hear from from a hermitic vagabond street philosopher.

As I'm typing this up I'm feeling super charged despite the latest upgrade to the app I use to produce these gems. As usual, the upgrade is more of a down grade. So I have to work around the pot holes. I am also feeling very confident about a version of a plan I had during C-19. I mentioned it in 2020, but it's been modified in my imagination and will go through more modifications before I can actually pull it off. You could be a part of it.

YouTube: [The Gymmy Jamm Season 10] Functional Fall. Deadlifting is still a thing, however we sustained what we deemed a nerve injury that we are still recovering from. (We know the difference between nerve ache & muscle soreness, we think.) Our Autumn plan is for more dynamic movement, rotation, jump training, body weight work. Still working towards strength & power via lifting, but also isometric holds, balance, dead hangs, and various assisted moves. Still working towards, muscle ups, plange, front lever, pistol squats and a few more gymnastic moves. The work is beneficial even if it takes us "forever" to hit those moves. I can feel some dormant muscles activate upon attempting various moves & positions.
