EATING WELL TO LOOSE WEIGHT, A MORE SURE WAY

You can also try the following
Replace half of your daily intake of carbohydrates with vegetables
Carbs includes sugars, fibers and starches.
Vegetables are less in calories n some can have upto 0(zero) calories. Eat more vegetables
Vegetables are high in fiber, minerals, phytochemicals and antioxidants which help in digestion n weight lose
Time consciousness
The time at which one eats also affect the weight of the individual,this is because digestion takes some time in the gastrointestinal tract (GIT) before assimilation. During this process, if most of the food consumed are not metabolized, it is in turn stored in the body..

Reduce high fatty foods intake
Even though fats are used to produce energy in the body and give greater amount of calories in the body. Fats are easily stored in the body at the presence of carbohydrates. Because of its high calories it then goes a long way to affect the weight of an individual
Try detoxification
Detoxifying the body is also good for the body as some nutrients such as fats are sometimes lost in the process and even water...
Do intermittent fasting Am sure you don't like this one but fasting is a good way to reduce in weigh. During fasting, the body changes it metabolic patterns in other to sustain the organs. Most of the stored nutrients are used up during this state

Let's us look at some super foods which can help us to reduce in weight .

  1. Green leafy veggies ( kontomiri, lettuce, bogma, alefu, cucumber,etc)
  2. Citrus fruits (oranges, lemon, etc)
  3. Cruciferous vegies (cabbage, cauliflower, etc)
  4. Whole grains ( brown rice, whole wheat, oats, whole meal breads etc)
  5. Potatoes
  6. Cottage cheese
  7. Beans and legumes
  8. Apples
  9. Fruits
  10. Avocado peas
  11. Soups
  12. Coconut oils
  13. Carrots
  14. Lean meat and fish

Am happy to hear that @akoaypilipina😀, I know it's going to difficult practising them but it will help you loose weight if you are able try,you just don't have to give up.
