For the past 8 months, I have primarily adopted a whole foods plant based diet...of course with a few detours here and there. I am looking for some feedback on how your experience has gone- do you have more energy, less health problems, etc? Admittedly, I began this diet as a way to improve my health and am frustrated that I am still struggling with very low energy at times along with indigestion. My other chronic health problems remain and have not improved greatly. I have been taking b12 to supplement for a lack of animal products.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
