Most of the food we eat are unhealthy, processed or have lost a significant portion of their nutrient composition due to cooking method. Hence, the need for nutrient supplements in our diets.

Green is gold.

Your body is your carriage on this planet. Why not treat it right?

Albert Einstein said The doctors of the future will treat diseases with nutrition.

Am not just saying this because am a foodie. you need to know this.

Food, feeding habits and food compositions are important to our daily lives as important as our breathe.
you have to pay attention to it.
its not about stuffing yourself with anything thta appears to be food. its about eating right. Eat the right stuffs, Eat the rite time, and eat the right way.

Most of what we call food are nothing but chaff

A SAD TALE..

lot of successful folks, often lost their lives to ailments which if was avoided earlier, would have extended their life span and given them more time to enjoy the wealth and empire they labored for.

Hard work is good, but don't work too hard to forget your health.

Its more like a driver concerned about how fast he drives, without concern for his brakes, wheels, lubrication oil and other stuffs that makes the car run. it might go on perfectly for a while, until it suddenly breaks down.

We push out body so much and sometimes assume a whitewash thought that we are invincible and immortal. But the, we are shocked when we crash.

Take good care of your body.
Your body is not huge, its fragile, a little imbalance will harm you than more good. it could be nice for now, but prolong it an d see the effect.

All am saying is EAT RIGHT.

Its not about eating expensive, its about eating right.

Include fruits and veggies in your diet.

The wonder you get from adequate water, sleep and good food alone, can not be gotten from working in the gym for 5 years.

Eat right, drink right and sleep right.

For me, i take a nutrient supplement, Trevo.
So i advice you to subscribe to nutrient supplements too or vitamins just to keep the balance.
