米半導体大手エヌビディアの時価総額が、初めて３兆ドル（約４６８兆円）を突破したそうで３兆ドルの大台に乗せたのは米アップル、米マイクロソフト（ＭＳ）に続き３社目となった。時価総額はアップルを抜き、ＭＳに次ぐ世界２位。生成人工知能（ＡＩ）向け半導体の旺盛な需要を背景にした業績拡大への期待が株価を押し上げたそうなのですがAppleの時価総額を抜いたのは時代の変化を示すような感じもします。AIバブルというのもあるかもしれませんが最終的には最近AIがたくさん使われ出しているため今後も需要は上昇してそのまま株価も上昇していくんでしょうね。
