OAS and Rigged Elections

I read an article from some investigators at MIT that state that they have found no irregularities in the Bolivian elections that were the cause for the coup against Evo Morales. Personally I think Evo's mistake is trying to perpetuate himself in power, that he won is actually logical, a big majority of Bolivian's are of native American roots so they would side with him.

The thing is the OAS is the organization that verified that the elections were rigged, now we had a similar occurrence here in Honduras, a president trying to perpetuate himself, only in this case it is a guy who is in cahoots with the elites, and even though according to the US Justice department is a co-conspirator in drug trafficking he is backed by the US government.

The elections were being lost by this guy and he stopped the ballot counting, when it was resumed it turns out he won, even though all the organizations here said the trend for the opposition winning was irreversible. The OAS said that the elections should be re-run, but then the US recognized the results and the OAS did an about face and also recognized the results.

So the OAS acted in different ways against the same problem and it seems in both cases its decisions were wrong and probably motivated by corruption within this organization.

So I actually believe the OAS is no more than a corrupt organization which just does whatever the US government, its major financial backer wants it to do. Plus the OAS Secretary General has been accused of corruption. So yes I believe Evo was removed because the elites didn't want him there, too much of a threat, you cant have the natives getting to uppity you know?

So it all means that regardless of who a person votes the winner is whoever the big guys want to win.

It's a damn shame what we 'muricans have allowed our gov't to do.
I've thrown rocks at them, but a lot of good it did.
Weed is legal now, for a fee.
I guess I got that going for me.

You know, I never got into weed, it is widely used here but it is illegal.

Well, unless you got people willing to break the law, you will never have freedom.
They got laws against too much freedom,...
I tend to ignore laws that don't agree with me.
But, I've paid the price, too.
