- Funded and armed foreign mercenaries in Syria who turned out to be ISIS. Then funded and armed them a second time. Then tried to do it again.
- Oversaw the greatest deterioration of relations between two nuclear powers and increased the nuclear threat level to the highest it's been since the height of the cold war.
