Last month, I was approached by my father's colleague who wanted his plot in Bangkok to be build from scratch. I was super curious about the project, though it was quite a compact plot in the market and he wanted a ground floor with open terrace cafeteria. I involved my friend in to the project and we both made plans and a 3d view. we actually presented 4 variations of plans as it was our first solo project so we worked day and night for it.
They selected a plan
this was our initial submission, we are working on this plan and changes are really common aspect and everyday a new addition or deduction takes place.
Till now we have given them a conceptual 3d and a plan which are now finalised-
We are working on interior which should fall under budget. The exterior is not finalised somehow changes are being made and we have to submit it till 15 th of February so that the construction should start asap.
Tomorrow the structural planning will be started. We are super excited for the project as it will be our first international project. since we live in India. It was super fun to do research about the markets of Bangkok and their architectural preferences. this project is being build in a happening market. We would visit there soon as my friend's art will be displayed on the walls as well.
The 3d are made using revit, rendering in 3ds max and post production in photoshop.
