Today my Jog has begun. I jog ounce in the morning and ounce in the afternoon, and I’ll be doing that for a week. I mainly daydreamed. Now I took two thirty second breaks in between running to walk or catch my breath since I had gotten a side stitch. (you know, that pain you get on your side when your kidneys aren’t able to process enough water while running? Yeah that is a side stitch.) my father says the answer getting rid of that is drinking enough water, so far that has not really helped, as when I took my afternoon run I drank water when I had a stitch and I just felt water bouncing around my body.
As time progresses, well see if things change.
