Harvesting : The procedures that consider collecting a Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) from a Oil Palm Tree. Some Oil Palms Plantations harvesting procedure are done by a supervision of a checker workers to gain more efficient on the ripe fresh fruit bunch (FFB) any of the unripe bunches that are harvest will be isolated then the ripe bunches. For Oil palm to ripe it takes 10 to 15 days to ripe and good for harvest but its all depends on the Oil Palm plantations or Oil palm farmers to decide what is the better protocol. To know how to tell the bunches is ripe, you can tell it by the losses fruits from the bunches. the standard that are given to Malaysian Oil palm Board is 10 losses fruits from the bunches its consider the best ripe for oil palm. the task of harvesting would be carry by the harvesting workers that are supervise by their Mandore, this is the head of the workers.
