In the small town of Ojai, California there are a precious few moments in the evening where the mountains around the small valley begin to glow vidid shades of pink and red around sunset. Called the Pink Moment, it is believed this phenomenon happens because Ojai is one of the few valleys in the world that runs east to west. Whatever the reason, people come visit all over to experience it, and it is beautiful. Well worth a visit to Ojai in the fall.
