What is Omni Network?
Omni Network aims to connect different Rollup schemes, aggregating the Modularization ecosystem of Ethereum by merging the EigenLayer and Cosmos SDKs, the Ethereum re-staking protocol, into a unified platform. Omni Network hopes to enable developers to build global applications on all Layer 2 on Ethereum, while obtaining security from ETH itself. By taking into account the security of Ethereum, the speed and programmability of Cosmos, developers can access more users and users themselves can more easily access new innovative applications.
The current blockchain ecosystem tends to be highly decentralized. As more and more Layer 2 projects are deployed to the mainnet, we can see that the liquidity Network Effect of Ethereum continues to decrease as user funds are isolated in isolated environments. In addition, many Layer 2 projects plan to establish their own Layer 3 ecosystems, which will further decentralize liquidity and users.
The difference between Omni Network and other cross-chain protocols is that Omni Network believes that the current Rollup solution of the Ethereum Layer 2 track has solved the scalability problem of Ethereum, but the interaction between different Rollups cannot be achieved, resulting in fragmentation. Splitting in different L2 networks not only greatly discounts User Experience, but also makes Ethereum more fragmented than ever.
Therefore, Omni Network aims to be the "Ethereum Interoperability Infrastructure", providing interoperability for Rollup networks such as Optimism, Arbitrum, zkSync, and Starkware, becoming the core infrastructure for all Rollup networks and Modularization applications on Ethereum, enabling seamless and secure cross-Rollup User Experiences.
II. Omni Network Interaction Flow
The task of Omni Network is very simple. You can complete it according to the task list on the official website. Before starting the task, we need to add the main network data in the wallet. Enter the testnet.bounce.finance website to connect the wallet and sign: then fill in the amount of 1 point Bid
Confirm all of them, and then click Bid to confirm the transaction.
