Being Vindictive is BAD - It Will Fill Your Heart and Soul with Bitterness - Let me Explain What Happened

Hello Steemians and Dtubers,

So today at work was a very interesting day. As I've always said, I'm a very honest and truthful person so I wanted to tell the truth about the job that I was just offered from the company that I'm working for at present. So I went to the main supervisor on duty and informed him that I would not be able to accept the offer that they gave me because after I did the numbers over the weekend I realize that I would be making less money than I am now and I just couldn't afford for this to happen.

Of course, he was very understanding and completely knew where I was coming from after I explained everything to him. So I handed him the papers from the drug testing facility that I had gone to on Friday, and thank him for all that he has done for me and for the offer of the position at the job. He told me As I was leaving, that he would hold on to the papers, explain to HR what I had decided and that he will get back to me later on during the week to see if he could find a remedy for my situation.

Later on in the day, he had a meeting with the supervisor in my department and the lead person in my department to tell them what he was going to try to do for me. He was going to ask HR if they would be willing to raise my starting salary the little bit that I had asked for so that I can have a permanent job there. Apparently, this didn't go over well with my supervisor who's for some reason doesn't seem to like me and many others that work there at this moment in time. In fact, Miley called me over to explain to me what had happened at the meeting between him and our supervisor after this first meeting.

He first started out with “ Do you want to hear the good news or the bad news first?” Of course, my reply was, that I wanted to hear the good news first so it would make it easier to hear the bad news afterward. so he can for me that the big supervisor of the warehouse was intending to try and get me the extra money I needed in order to work there. This was definitely a positive thing and it shows that I have been doing a good job so far and I was happy about that. Then he went ahead and told me. That our Supervisor was angry about what the big boss had told her in the meeting and that she would be cutting my hours down from 40 to 30 because she was very upset about what she had been told.

This is very vindictive. This is a very bad thing for anybody to do to another person. It causes a lot of harm to people's lives and is very damaging to their self-esteem, to their personality, all can create a lot of problems for them in the very near future. As I explained in the video. With the money I make now, I am just getting by and to make less money would cause me to go further in debt than I already am. so obviously, my supervisor doesn't really care about my situation of making less money that will cause me financial problems up ahead. Because after all that was explained to her in the meeting with the head supervisor, she went ahead and took my hours anyway.

I have said this in many of my videos, “We need to take care of each other better and help each other more” because if we don't we are being very disrespectful to the people around us which is also very bad. Being vindictive or vengeful only feel your heart and soul with a bitterness that you will carry around with you everywhere you go. Even back home where you will take out this bitterness on the people that you love and love you so much. it is a lose-lose situation all the way around. Because I was being truthful with my situation another person decided to be deceptive and vindictive which made them look very bad. they had originally said that I was a great worker and then change their mind after they were told what was going to be done in the meeting between them and the big supervisor at work.

Because of these actions, there will be many negative reactions against them in their life which is very bad because it will cause them much anger All the problems in the near future. but I will continue to be focused and committed for all the amazing people I have in my life. because I know that was their love and support that I will persevere and be successful no matter what anybody else does to me in this world. I am a young strong Warrior and I will continue to be strong for everyone that I care about.

Prosper and peace not hate, happiness not anger, and love not hate always.
