One photo a day challenge (62/365) all year long

Hello ladies and gentlemen,
Happy to get to post today again. I always wonder what else I would post about if I wasn't doing this challenge. I think I wouldn't post as frequently.
So today I went for a NACA workshop. It's the association that provides great benefits for first time home buyers. I made a post about it here the link to that post. You can learn more about it from there or from their website.
I decided to put a hold for a couple of months and use the program. After attending their workshop today I was even more impressed with the way the program works. Since I don't have too many issues and I'm "ready" to buy, they said It would likely take up to 3 months for me to get approval from them. I thought that is small time compared to about 30 years to live in a house paying the mortgage. Thanks otage, you were right.
So on to the challenge for today. I think I should have taken a picture at the workshop. The thought crossed my head at least twice, but I didn't do it. Sorry 😐. Not to worry I have this picture from my cousins birthday lunch. We went to a nice restaurant in Silverspring with the family and we had a good time.

I also just finished watching Marlon Wayans on Netflix. I really enjoyed his show. It's funny cause this is the first time I've watched his stand up. I gave him a chance cause I thought if people like him for this long he has got be funny.
I wasn't disappointed. Another very good one is Chris Rocks new stand up. I don't remember what it's called but he never disappoints.
