One photo every day: Macro portrait of Kiemis (148/365)

in onephotoeveryday •  7 years ago  (edited)

Hello again!

So, I wanted to get a special portrait of Kiemurainen.

After a hundred of failed tries, I managed to get something that wasn't completely awful... It's not easy to photograph something that is moving all the time, although Kiemis wasn't moving very much, it still managed to affect the focus quite a lot. And the led flash completely washed out the colours...

"No I am not a toy, but a real snake!"

Shot with Samsung Tab A6

I'm still in a flu, but I'm thinking I should be taking my boys to school tomorrow anyway. Apart from coughing every now and then they seem to be in a good shape, judging by their running around the flat all day long.

Anyway, I'll post this one and start writing up the recap for the week. See you in the next one!

That is indeed a nice shot well was worth the tries ;)
Hope you get well soon :)

A very good shot on a moving snake though it wasn't visible that it was moving. Doesn't the snake bite? They really scare me....

I wish you goodluck fighting the flu. Get well soon, Jaro

Thanks! Cornsnakes can bite, but rarely do. They are strangling snakes. Even when we feed it we very rarely see it actually bite the mice, it just grabs a hold of them and starts strangling. (Of course the mice are already dead, but it doesn't seem to bother our snake.)

Yeah, I'll be trying to get over the flu, need to be in my prime next weekend as we are going to my nephew's baptising. Don't want to be coughing and sneezing there.

its a hug not a strangle!
:O

Lol....Ok. Goodluck

- Excellent workmanship, superior quality!
- I'm a real snake in spite of living in a tank like this!

@gamer00,
Definitely I hate Snakes! But this is a great photography of course!

Cheers~

phewww my heart is beating like hell ;p

Lol....Are you really that scared?
