What's good everybody it's ya boycharlie,
And I have invented the program known as the One Strong Youth Organization or One Strong Club at the elementary school that I work at.
For over ten years I have dedicated my life to working with children, I feel that in a time where there isn't much guidance in a lot of their lives I have become a good friend and role model to the ones I do get to see.
And if I could do something where I worked on content that could be utilized in the classroom to give the children a space to create, play, and make the school a better place than thats what I should do.
The Idea of One Strong
Mission: To service the diverse youth and families in our communities with a program that encourages positive personal growth, networking, and service.
Vision: Lead by example, building bonds through service.
The One Strong Club is a multicultural community organization that promotes academic achievement, cultural awareness, righteousness and unity in the Chicopee area. The goal of the program is to engage the children in a structured environment where they are able to cooperate and create projects that aim to better the school in addition to its many already established student organizations and other Extracurricular/Afterschool Programs.
Upon joining new members from grades 3rd to 5th will go through a One Strong New Member EducationProgram where the New Members are exposed to a curriculum developed by the founder to help guide the students in what it means to be a One Strong Member.
After the four week program the new member is officially a full fledged member giving them access to all resources available to the One Strong Club organization.
One Strong Members are going to be given the opportunity to mentor a potential new member entering the organization to teach them the ropes and values of being a member.
I always felt we could accomplish more if we worked together and children love the opportunity to mentor a younger friend in the school setting. We push the idea of accountability, members understand how it will reflect on their mentor and potential mentee when they make a choice.
One Strong Members will be able to understand that our actions affect those around us and it is best to move forward in a way that benefits all so that we all prosper together. Our actions have consequences but as long as we are willing to work on our weaknesses and build our strengths together we are Too Strong.
The bonds I've made in life have made me the person I am today, in my sports teams, in my fraternity, in my workplace. Being a big brother to JunHo and Jerry(my fraternity little brothers) is one of the greatest things in my life. Sometimes the sense of community needs to be restablished by things like this and when there is a lack of community you must bring it. Here's where you come in STEEMIT.

I am creating an SMT that will reward students who join the program app when it expands after the next four weeks. This app will reward students who upload their accomplishments in school and in the community they will be rewarded in their posts with special tokens known as
ONE STRONG COINS
I am working with the parents with this founding class to establish how it work and they will be the model for the practice. I also want to design education RPG games that pay out One Strong Coins and local challenges as well. If we could help the whole world earn coin that could be used to cash out and pay for their accomplishments and save it for college than we can really make a difference to some who truly want to work for it. No give outs here you do the work you get the reward. One Strong We work together. One Strong. Too Strong.
MISSION OBJECTIVE:
Tomorrow the children selected for the founding of the organization will be receiving their letters to have signed if they wish to continue into the program. Later we will meet and begin planning what projects we will begin to document on the platform.
