This license is for well-funded companies and not for the smaller operator. God help you if you are on a frugal budget and you make the mistake of regulating in Malta!

On the other hand, the cost to set up a casino in Curacao is remarkably cheaper and simpler. These guys are championing the smaller entrepreneur who would otherwise have no choice than to set up a casino using a Costa Rica license which is really a data processing license more than anything else.
