Openledger BTC withdrawls are not processing

My BTC withdrawal from openledger to an external BTC address has been held up for two days now.
I've opened a ticket, but this issue has yet to be resolved.

Multiple users are having problems with openledger BTC withdrawals, and support has yet to address these ongoing problems.
