What's going on over at Openledger?

No Steem, No SBD available for deposit for over two days!

My absolute favourite platform is practically useless, since it is 90% graphene based tokens I circulate. What's more, I wouldn't be able to withdraw my Steem or Bitshares if I wanted.

I find it totally unacceptable!

Further, to move my business over to Poloniex only gains Poloniex, not the DEX.

Speaking of the DEX, I finally got the connection issues solved. The Berlin node is now reliable. I had actually ran it as a node locally. No wonder the old mac got hot.

Have you tried Bittrex? I have been using it for a month now and have not had a problem :)

Bittrex is not decentralized. The dex is. That's why I like it and much prefere it to their centralized counterparts.

Could you tell me more about the dex?

I sure can. The best is to head over to Bitshares and download it:

https://bitshares.org

It is quite hard to set up, so take your time, get the account details right. Then get to know the different parts of it. It is a very detailed package and daunting if you are not used to exchanges. The nerds love it. But I can understand those who find it too demanding.

You can get some coins to start off with in the daily giveaways here on steemit.

Little announce:
As you know, we are experiencing some difficulties with OpenLedger gateway. Most problematic wallets for now are LISK, WAVES, due to low node stability, and have some temporary problems with ETH and STEEM atm, but apart of these some issues occur from day to day. We try to react on these issues immediately, but we are all human...

I would present some guys from OL office, who are able to help in case of any problems:
Serge (@sergenoname) - developer, working directly with gateway, available to help u with open.asset transactions. In case of any problems related with gateway (lost currencies in deposit/withdrawal list, lost transaction, transaction sent by mistake) you can ask him directly for assist.
Vadim (@Da99er) - developer, working mostly with frontend. Can help in case of any stucks and bugs in interface.
Daria (@dariiap) - common support specialist. She knows answers on most common questions and can asnwer on significant number of question, before any specific specialists. Feel free to contact her.

Our specialists are always open and ready to help you in case of any issues. Working hours: 8am - 6pm (UTC+3). In case of emergency, support is available 24/7 through me (@jotyax), Serge (@sergenoname), Ronny (@ronnyb).

Ok. So it is not worse than that. I had a nightmare I would have to use Polo for the rest of my life. Openledger (or any other company in this space) should establish a more professional public relations instead of hiding it in their telegram. I had no idea they are on telegram. Instead I have searched their webspace with no results.

yes, you are right, please go to their telegram and make some noise.
