I'm sorry but I do not agree with you and with your vision of what is right and what is wrong.
However, it is not me that decides the rules, I already expressed my opinion and I'll just wait and see how things will change (or not).

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    Good. Give me your proposal. Your solution.
    Clear, applicable solution in a single sentence.

    Not what feels fair, not what is a vision of the world.

    My favourite solution is:

    • we make the strongest possible teams
    • we support each other to create the best product
    • we all get upvoted

    In order to achieve that:

    • every team must pick up the best (5, 7, 10...)
    • we are not charity, we are company
    • all the teams must sustain the same quality
