Opera new update now protects you from crypto-jacking
Opera browser is one of the top browsers around the world and today launched version 50 of its desktop browser. The newest release does include a new feature that makes sure that nobody can take or remove or mine cryptocurrencies in your browser. Now this is an interesting update.
This update will be more useful to all steemians, go get the latest upgrade so you can protect your coins and online investments against theft and hackers. We all know that browsers and JavaScript aren’t exactly the most efficient way to mine coins, the sheer number of users who could be running these scripts makes up for that. And for sites that mine coins like Monero that use very compute-heavy algorithms where CPUs are able to compete with what is traditionally a GPU-centric approach, mostly used by North Korean hacking units. The world grows with more advancements in technology.
This new cryptojacking feature is automatically enabled when you turn on the browser’s ad blocking tool. It's a total loss if we can't keep our coins safe as bitcoin rises more hackers try to mine for our coins without our knowledge through different sites.
