Have you ever tried to do something and have it fail? If so, you'll know that it's difficult to stay positive? So what do you do? Many people have found success by using the "Lemon to Lemonade concept" while others scoff at it in disgust not really understanding it. I feel there are a few things you should know before you implement a plan to ensure certain successes. This post will tell you what you need to know to make sure you understand the concept of Lemons to Lemonade.
We can be positive. We can stay strong. We can lose our strength behind optimism. We can work to remain optimistic. However, too much optimism can be toxic in nature. We need to balance out the negatives.
There is much evidence that has supported the ancient understanding that people can get “too much of a good thing." So how can we balance things? Optimism must be balanced with critical thinking.
Practice gratitude. Keep a daily gratitude list. Do it first thing in the morning. Find the smallest thing you are grateful for and magnify your gratitude. Grateful Attitude. A combination of two words.
Practice positive feedback. Catch people doing things right. Balance it out with critical thinking. Seek to make lemonade. Sweeten' things up!
Visualize the best outcome possible. Keep your mind's eye visualizing for a positive future. Understand that if you possess a strong "why" in life, the how will eventually work itself out. Can you look for it? You could have a strong "why" then you need to put that "why" highest on your list of values. It is not about planning to fail at something. It is about knowing what could go wrong in all scenarios then planning against it. Finding ways to mitigate risks. Finding the transformation! Finding the lemonade!
Making Lemonade It is not about expecting things to go wrong. It is about planning for the lemonade creation. When we plan for areas that could go wrong we will arm ourselves with sugar to sweeten it!
It is about transforming the negative. Not rejecting it! Mario Leone Rejecting the negative can you leave you completely disenfranchised. Empowering questions are important, so it is important to ask a better question and get a better answer. Failure has been appreciating the fan fare in recent years. It to my belief that every 10 generations mans ego grows, and people become more and more sensitive.
The opposite is also true! Every 10 generations man grows more and more egotistical. Why? Our egos love to lie to us. We have difficulty balancing the negative or transforming things. We are letting our egos win rather than our authentic self. Both sensitivity and egotism are the opposite ends of the same ego spectrum.

Fortune favors the prepared.

Sometimes if something goes necessarily wrong it could be understood as a byproduct of innovation. We have the tendency to play it safe I think we can stop being afraid of failure, and start embracing it. Gratitude is a solution! We can dissolve quite a bit with that recipe.
Easier said than done, of course. I hate that phrase. I often say "Easier done than said if you're transforming the situation."
It’s one thing to but up against failures when tinkering on my next screenplay. It’s another to experience it when face-to-face with the client and they don't like your work . You can’t avoid them entirely. What parts of the failure can I transform? Is there a strength within that failure? Is there are lesson? Can I find it? Well, planning for what could go wrong could be helpful. We could balance that with the optimistic growth based mindset. We could stay optimistic and balance all the things that could go wrong proactively.
Manage expectations with sugar! Preparation can meet opportunity and it can create luck! Landed under the correct knowledge. Possibility turns into probability when knowledge is introduced. Get the knowledge you need to transform the lemons. It is necessary! It could be all the the things that could go wrong. That is not your focus! Your focus is staying present, balanced and positive. We just need to patch up all possible problems so we can progress forward.
Keep you thoughts flowing! Not only make a good glass of lemonade make a kick ass glass! Get inside your mind and negotiate with it until you can transform the lemons with sugar. Citing from my linkedin articles.....

If we don't fail, we don't learn. Failure is part of the process. But, in essence, we learn a great deal of how to tackle the situation. We get ready. We become prepared for subsequent attempts. Personally, I'm a believer of slow and steady approach, which takes you towards success.
