Here is an interview with a former kid in care who became a prostitute after CFS released him from their care. He states it was hard to get a good meal in care and the locks on the fridge seemed to bother him. This is the state of kids in care and what becomes of them in Winnipeg.

    Actually whats been going on to the boys in Winnipeg CFS care for 20 years is sick and they never talk about the boys in care.
