Oracle-D And ASPEKTI Have Signed MOU Agreement About Blockchain Technology Development In Indonesia

On Thursday, November 1st 2018, Oracle-D and Aspekti (Indonesia Information Technology Companies and Consultant Associates) have signed an MOU agreement to build Indonesian Blockchain Technology Institute. Both parties are going to work together to provide educations for campus, businesses, and everyone who have interest in blockchain technology. This MOU was signed by Prof. Laode. M. Kamaluddin, MSc MEng, Chairmain of Aspekti and Matt Starkey, CEng IMechE, CEO of Oracle-D in front of audience of Blockchain Technology Implementation to Improve Higher Education Quality and Economics in Indonesia Seminar at Balairung Hotel, Matraman, Jakarta.

There are a lot of mistakes in the past that creates a lot of problems in this world and there are always someone who are willing to try to solve the problems. This world found a lot of problems and obstacles before the era of internet, and those problems can be solved after we fully understand how to use internet. In the beginning of internet era, a lot people have so much doubts and thought a lot of negative things about it. People who try to use internet was considered as being insane and illogical, but today, thirty years later, who doesn’t use internet? We all even very much depend on the internet existence, we could go crazy if we don’t have internet access.

Unfortunately, internet could not solve a lot of problems and even creates a lot of new problems in this world. Since internet is centralized, it is easier for those tyrants and corrupts use internet for their own benefits. Those who are greedy surely have so much profits with internet, it is so easy for not thinking about others and being ignorance. As long as they get what they want, the rest is not important.

I believe that whoever found blockchain technology, we never know who is the real Satoshi Nakamoto, though, they try to solve problems and obstacles that we have with internet. Intranet or PsP is not something new, but it was not as familiar as internet, and Satoshi Nakamoto was trying to try to move the system that we used to have in internet to intranet, and that as the result, we have blockchain technology that also generates a new system, which is decentralized system. It is more transparent, efficient, and creates bigger opportunities for all of us to develop ourselves. This technology might not be able to solve all problems and erase all the obstacles, but it is still developing. There is no other best way to understand about it, unless we learn, practice, and develop it. Thus, we shall not argue about this blockchain technology, the more we understand, the bigger chance we can develop this technology as an alternative solutions to have a better world in the future.

There are a lot of events about blockchain technology, but most of them are only talking about trading and cryptocurrency. These events do not help others to understand more about blockchain technology, in fact they tried to influence people to think further and develop this technology, they just want to take benefits from other people. Some might not think further, but some others realizes what is going on and only a few who actually really think about it. One of them is oracle-d, and that is the reason as well I introduce them to Indonesia IT Companies and Consultants Associates (Aspekti), because they have the same vision with Aspekti. Aspekti is very much concern about education quality in Indonesia as well as economics. This world creates a lot of graduates but most of them do not know what to do after they graduate, they only go to schools and campus to get certificates, not to have educations and teach themselves to be educated.

Aspekti sees an opportunity in blockchain technology to also combine the companies, entrepreneurs, and professionals to work together with education institutions. All must learn about blockchain technology and its implementations, and with a good collaborations then all could get its benefits. Hopefully, in the future, those students could develop and improve themselves to have their own future, while we also have a bigger opportunity to generate healthy economics environments that involve all citizen in this world to participate directly.

Minister of Research, Education, and Information Technology of Indonesian Republic, Mr. Muhammad Nasir, who sent his message through Director of Quality at Research and Information Technology Ministry, Prof. Aris Junaidi during his speech on the seminar, he said that we should learn about blockchain technology to find its benefits and disadvantages, since this technology will play an important role in this world in the future. Indonesia should prepare the young generation to be more competitive through a better quality of education, and he appreciates Aspekti and Oracle-D for thinking and helping Indonesia for this purposes. As and addition, from my personal point of view, people are complaining a lot about what is going on in this world, about their life, and situation and condition. At the same time, people also realize that they have to change their mind to improve themselves and help others. But, to change our mind is not easy, and most people do not know how to do it. I find that learning about blockchain technology is a good way as well to help people to change their mind. Shifting the mind from the concept of centralized to decentralized will create a lot of changes in this world. Thus, it is important to have a proper education about blockchain technology and its implementations, we all need a better life and future.
