Tuesday night I couldn’t sleep…. Ugh. I was awake all night long, which of course affected my day. I made it through fine but still it was hard. Last night I slept pretty well and today I have a little better mood and feel a little better.
Yesterday, I went to this huge grocery store here in Hangzhou to buy coconut oil but they didn’t have it unfortunately. It’s an interesting store to walk around in because its a French chain but they have them in the Middle East and in China as well. They have three or four isles of international foods. Oreo cookies, Swiss Miss hot chocolate, Doritos, Japanese cookies all kinds of stuff.
