Too Late

With all our might we cannot grow organically. It’s just not possible. Pollution has permeated every aspect of nature and we are just going to have to deal with that. For all the things we can do to get back to organic the most important is the necessity for us all to understand the importance of living our lives as green as possible. To give the earth time to heal. It is nigh on time for us to shed this belief that we can bend nature to our will. If we are to get what we want from the earth we must first learn to give back to the earth. Nothing is free and all in life is cyclical. Do unto the earth as you would have the earth do unto you, and it will.

We need to learn to awe nature as our ancestors surely did. Our collective contempt shored up with decades of scientific mumbo jumbo has taught us to believe that we can somehow tame Gaia's temperament and fury. We need to unlearn this foolishness before it is the end of us and the species we'll destroy along the way. We must always in every aspect of our lives manage our ecological imprint to the earths benefit. I cannot stress this part enough. We must right now stop thinking what is best for mankind. Worry about what is best for the planet and all its inhabitants. What we had is gone. There is no going back to the way things were, that is not possible, and never was. Change is constant and ever moving forward. It has always been this way. Unfortunately for us we have started a process thorough our ignorance and huge ego's that can no longer be reversed. Climate change as it is today is caused by humans and is no longer correctable, if it ever was.

When we learn to respect and embrace the Earths ability to recycle and not to waste its precious resources we may also learn to value the finiteness of earth’s ability to support us in monetary terms. To remove money and see the real value of what we are destroying is the true challenge for those of us fortunate enough to realize the terrible state of Earth’s health. Never before in recorded history has so much damage been done in the name of money and so fast. We cannot take our wealth with us, but we do have the honour of giving back some of what we took from Earth in our passing. That is of course if we learn to stop putting corpses in a urethane encased formaldehyde cocoon modern industrialized countries are so inclined to intern us in. We cannot, must not continue on as we have. The Earth in all her glory just does not have the ability to deal with the stresses we've put on it. Nothing is free; we are going to pay for our liberties with Gaia.
