How do we Stop Overworking?

If you are a manager? It is very important for a manager to look out for the employees he/she is managing and needs to understand that there no benefit to work more than 9 hrs because after that they will have 1/4th of the efficiency with 1/2 consumption of time. It will be beneficial if a manager follows some strict guidelines to manage their employees and their work allotment. A good manager is not the one who get its work completed on time but the one who takes care of its employees and guide them to do appropriate amount of work.
If you are an employee? Greatest strength of a company or an organisation is its employees. It includes each an every employee no matter how small or large work they do. The only thing that matter is they work efficiently and complete their work on time. You can do it by following certain guidelines that is , not to work over 9hrs, this will not only save you a lot of time but also will power up your efficiency for the next day. If you really need to overwork depending upon the deadline then you should do it by taking frequent breaks like a 5 minutes break in every 45-60 minutes. Do fun activities in your break time like spend time with others, take good meals, listen to your favourite playlist and whatever make you feel relaxed. It will help you to recover your energy and perform tasks much faster. 48 is the lucky number for employees because after 48hrs they tend to have physical health risks. Live your life like it meant to be lived and avoid overwork as best as your can.
