Packages with explosive material sent to military installations in DC area

We should make package bombs
illegal that way we'll put an end to
these sane people with evil package
bombs. Or at least have intense
background checks or raise the age
to 21 . This will reduce the number of
deaths dramatically. After all if it's a
law criminals will have to follow it,
right?
