Stir-fry Fried noodles (Pad Thai) .

I hope it looks as good as it tasted. Only thing I didn’t have was the radish and the sauce I used PANTAI brand instead of making it myself.

The jar sauce was actually excellent.
I absolutely loved it and it was not super sweet as the one ,

my local Thai restaurant makes. Just perfect.
I will include my recipe below.

Recipe & ingredients below:
1/2 package Thai rice noodles
1-1/3 cup bean sprouts
1-1/2 cup Chinese chives or green onions
8-10 shrimps

1/3 of cup or 1 small square of extra firm tofu
1 tablespoon of dried shrimp rinsed
3 finely chopped garlic
2 finely chopped shallots

1/2 tsp of chili flakes
1 egg
2 tablespoons of crushed toasted peanuts
For Pad Thai sauce: (I used PANTAI jar but you could use this one )

2 tablespoons tamarind paste
2 tablespoon palm sugar
1 tablespoon fish sauce

1 lime juiced (start with 1 then add more according to your liking)

Then ready to serve as you want.
