Is it okay to give a 3 month baby pain killers?

Not without consulting a doctor first! The dosage is much smaller for an infant than for an adult and needs to be measured according to the weight of your child. Giving the wrong amount can be very dangerous. Ibuprofen should not be used for child under 6 months old. Tylenol/acetaminophen should not be used for babies younger than 4 months without the guidance of a doctor.
