Dinner tonight was Chinese lettuce wraps!

I cooked about 2lbs of rabbit meat in the instant pot with ginger, garlic, salt & pepper, for about an hour.
Pulled off the meat and diced it.
Sauted diced red bell peppers & onion in coconut oil until soft. Then added the rabbit.
Seasoned with fresh ginger, fresh garlic, coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, and Chinese 5spice.
Served on top of romane boats.
Roasted asparagus on the side, tender crisp.
Also, breakfast was farm fresh eggs from @themyrrhmaid, fried in coconut oil & butter, pink salt & pepper. With Paleo chicken sausage!
