It looks like that should work pretty well. Are you going to use the blue barrels on the upper platform for the shower water?
Make sure you brace those pallets so they won't tip out, 100 gallons of water is heavy.

    Yep the barrels on top will be for the shower water and thanks I will add some bracing for the pallets so I don't have any issues of it collapsing.
