I heard about this Legal Database of US Cyrpto related law suits from watching Block TV (which I'm getting used to having run in the background).

Interesting site which is asking big (lawyer style) bucks for accessing a database of 253 cases related to crypto.

Top line take away for me is pretty clear: if there were really so many scams in the crypto industry how come there have been what seems to be so few legal actions in the USA? Facebook claimed it was so bad they had to take the Aliens 2 approach and ban all crypto related advertising. Was it really that bad or were they just killing future competition while they built Libra?
