Dear Diary: I Am Glad That My Father Is Enjoying The Internet

My niece had given her old smartphone to my father which was originally from my eldest brother who dropped it and made the screen get the fractures which he then handed down to my niece. The smartphone still works and it is only the screen and the battery has issues.

My father is just enjoying watching youtube videos out of it watching tutorials, boxing, news, and other stuff. In the past few years I am just seeing him on that table every morning reading his thick automotive repair book. But now I know that he is thrilled to have entered the realm of the Internet world.

It is nice that we have an Internet connection and a fast one too coming from my sister's house beside this house. So we can just stream and surf so easy with my father and his smartphone. As for myself I sometimes download movies and watch it later.

I know that my father is thrilled in using his smartphone with an Internet connection at the same time already. My mother had told me that he is planning to make that generator he had watched from a video in youtube. Now he will not be bored and tinker around the house fixing things only after we would discovered it later losing style and function.

If only my father could blog then I would recommend him doing something in the steem blockchain but maybe we can do it in tandem, he will provide the photos and I will do the writing. But of course it has a small possibility to happen but not if only we have a small garden that we can cultivate with plants and vegetables.
