This is an amazing story - every day with a new twist. Honestly, I can't believe I am still going through it. Wow!

Today I found out that the neighbors upstairs are really the ones egging William on to get rid of me.

The main guy upstairs is a vet with one leg and he has a guy living with him, his nephew, as his caregiver. That guy's name is Daniel and Daniel apparently is at total lazy fool who does nothing for Alfred, according to the on-sight manager, Donna.

His identical twin brother, David however lives up there too -and is not on the voucher so is living there illegally. David is aggressive and violent, whereas his brother is passive and gentle.

David has convinced William that he should move in to my room and be William's caregiver- get on William's voucher...so he can have his own place. As it is, David has to lay low and not go in and out like a free person, because he is hiding out that he is living upstairs.

David's agenda however, isn't squeaky clean by any means. David beat the crap out of his brother Daniel once and cut his chin up with a knife. He's violent. He's also does a lot of drugs and he likes to have parties in which he has his boyfriends over to do drugs with him. I guess he's like to be doing that all the time in this apartment.

Donna has written many reports on him to the property management companies. The last property management co was addressing it - and then they were fired for stealing from the tenants.

The new property management company does not do anything. I know this is true because nothing has come of the incident reports I have filed in the last 2 weeks over the various events that have been going on.

The question is, should I intervene and try to get the casemanager to understand William's plans that probably will backfire on him?

William is sleeping on his bathroom floor tonight. He told me that he wants me out because he hated how critical and mean I am. - I have always felt that I needed to protect myself from William in a certain way - so I have always kept him at arm's length. Maybe that means I was critical and mean...I don't know.

Oh well. Now he's going to get David, the violent freeloading drug dealer... good luck.

How do I know that the next decision he makes won't be worse than this one?

I am going to stick with my sigil and my prayer that I made today that William is kept safe even when he makes these stupid decisions. I can't save him from himself and I am done trying. He obviously wants to go back to his street life.

He told me that I stopped caring about HIM after the accident. Yup - I am RECOVERING from the accident - sorry William - I can't be all about you - since I am still PHYSICALLY suffering from the accident.

I am going to court. I overheard William talking to David today and David was definitely coaching William in evicting me - like he wants me to go to court and get evicted. Like it was David this whole time and Homeless Joe just jumped on the bandwagon to get a little self-righteous indignation off being an asshole.

I also have heard that Alfred and the boys rent floor space to homeless people for their SS checks. This is the sad part of William's life. He never has true friends. All his friends are using him for something. And here comes this carpetbagger about to try to use him for his voucher.

Sad. Just sad. But William is no better really because he thinks its just fine to kick me out to go live with Kent so he can get someone else in my room. Wow!

I am going to leave the punishments for these idiots up to Natural Law. Honestly their lives will just suck more and continue to suck more and more until they might want to change or they just have horrible lives and that's just that.
