It has been announced that Bernie Sanders and Ilhan Omar are staging a rally stop at the University of Minnesota on November 3rd.
And why is this significant?
Democratic presidential hopeful Sen. Bernie Sanders will make a rally stop in the Twin Cities on Nov. 3, with the Congresswoman who just endorsed him.Sanders and Rep. Ilhan Omar will stage the event at Northrup Auditorium on the University of Minnesota (U of M) campus. They will be joined by local leaders and activists "to unite supporters of all backgrounds around the fight for economic, environmental and racial justice."
The rally will start at 6 p.m., with doors opening at 4:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis, but an RSVP is encouraged.
As I posted over a month ago, the terror-supporting, antisemitic National Students for Justice for Palestine (SJP) is holding a conference at the same venue - the University of Minnesota - from Nov 1-3. In that post, I speculated that Omar would be speaking at the conference, given she is the Representative for Minnesota’s 5th congressional district. This latest announcement, which places her at the same venue on the last day of the conference, would seem to increase the likelihood of this occurring.
Not only that, but Sanders and Omar holding this rally at the very same venue on the last day of the conference strongly suggests to me that they fully intend that the participants be part of the rally - especially considering it is open "on a first-come, first-served basis." Given the National SJP participants will already be right there anyway...
This is yet another worrying sign as to the direction taken by Left elements of the Democrat party - worrying at least to those who love freedom and Israel and who detest violence and terrorism.
