The network-state, and the reformation from democracy to panarchy

i agree. from what i read in the reviews the book is very narrow-minded and for some reason sees a threat for democracy as a system, whilst meaning the rigged and completely outdated us political and voting system that hardly is an example of democracy.
we are moving away from centralised to distributed systems, which resembles the move from monarchy to democracy. to me, this is only a threat to an very limited amount of people who fear they can no longer live off their exploitation of the rest.
