Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Milk - 1 Cup
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Butter milk - 1 tbsp
Maple Syrup - As needed
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Berries for topping - Optional
Method:
Add the milk, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla essence, butter and sugar to the all purpose flour and mix well. Set aside for couple of minutes. Pour the pancake batter on hot pan. Flip them once you see bubbles. Cook for a few minutes and then enjoy hot with maple syrup and berries.
