makes pancakes with ground flax, mashed bananas, and high protein oat milk

I had no idea people would like these. Anywho, here's a loose recipe to go by. I didn't measure so I can only give approximations.

In a bowl, sift together maybe 2 cups of all purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp of organic sugar, 1 tsp of salt, and ΒΌ cup of ground flaxseed.

In another bowl mash banana extremely well. Add in a dash of vanilla (optional) and plant milk (maybe 2-2 Β½ cups?). The more protein in the plant milk, the better the pancakes will turn out.

The following step is crucial to making them fluffy:

Add plant milk mixture to flour mixture. Gently mix and make sure that you don't blend the lumps out. The lumps are the key to fluffy pancakes.

Cook pancakes in nonstick pan or griddle on 375Β°F. To keep mine close to being the same size I use a ladle to put the batter in the pan.
