How to make paneer rol

For how many people: 2 (4 paneer rolls)

Ingredients for Chapati:

3/4 cup + 1/4 cup wheat flour or flour 2 tsp oil refined

Ingredients for Paneer Masala:

1 cup grated cottage cheese 2 tbsps finely chopped green coriander 1 medium onion finely chopped 1 green chilli finely chopped 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1/4 tsp garam masala powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp coriander powder 2 Tsp Tomato Cupcake 1 tsp Oil

Material for making roll:

2 cheese cubes, grated (optional) 1 cup chopped lettuce or chopped leaf cauliflower 4 tsp green chutneys, to squeeze

Method for making chapati for roll:

Take 3/4 cup wheat flour, 2 tsp oil and salt in one bowl. Insert milk or water as needed and knead soft dough like chapati or paratha flour. Allow the cover to cover for 10-15 minutes. Divide it into 4 equal parts and give them round shapes like foil. Take 1/4 cups of dry wheat flour in one plate. Take a dough and wrap it with dried wheat flour. Put it on top of the chakel and bring it in a round of 5-6 inch diameter (like a thin chapati). Put it on the hot pan and bake on both sides until light brown spots come in. Keep it in a plate (or roti Keep it in the compartment) and lid so that they are soft. The rest of the chapati too will be baked in the same way. Keep in mind that chapati is not cooked much, because when we make the roll we will warm it again.

Method of making paneer masala for stuffing:

Heat 1 tsp oil on low flame in a pan. Add cumin seeds; When cumin seeds begin to become golden, add finely chopped onions. Fry onions until golden brown is ready. Add ginger-garlic paste and roast for 30 seconds. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, tomato ketchup, green coriander and green chillies; Mix well. Hang tight. Pour grated cottage cheese and salt, mix well. The spice is ready to make the roll; Divide it into 4 equal parts.

Paneer Roll Forming Method:

Heat a tawa on medium flame while serving. Insert the chapatti pre-filled with it and apply 1/2 teaspoon oil on both sides and repeat it again. Place the platter in a plate and spread it over 1 tsp green chutney (or more according to the taste) . Keep the spice in the middle and spread it in length. Put 1-2 teaspoon grated cheese and 1/4 cup chopped lettuce or chopped leaf cauliflower over it. Roll the spice up the chapati and make the roll. Serve them with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
