250 grams Paneer 2 Tomatoes 3 Green Chillies 1 Piece Ginger 1 Piece Asafoetida 1/2 Cup Fresh Curd 1/2 T Spoon Cumin 1 T Spoon Green Coriander 1 T Spoon Coriander Powder 1/4 T Spoon Turmeric Powder 1/4 T Spoon Red Chilli Powder 1/4 T Spoon Garam Masala 2 T Spoon Poppy 2 T-Spoon Oil-based Taste

To make Paneer Masala, first pour the tomatoes, green chilies and ginger in the mix and grind it well and prepare a paste. Also curd yogurt too well once in the mix. Now get all the mixture mixed together in a mixie.

Now add the poppy seeds in a mixer and grind them well and prepare a paste. Now put oil in a pan and heat it. Put chopped pieces of cheese in hot oil and take them till they become light brown. Remove the fried pieces from the plate and keep them in the plate.

After doing so, put asafoetida and cumin seeds in remaining oil. After roasting, add coriander and red chilli and roast it well and add a paste of poppy seeds and roast it.

In this mixture add tomato and curd paste and fry till they are not visible separately. Put the salt in this mixture and mix well, add hot fried masala and paneer pieces and mix well.

Leave 5 minutes to cook the vegetable. After some time, your delicious Paneer Masala is ready to be prepared, put green coriander on top of the bowl, and all of them have hot hot cheese masala surveys.
