Buying real estate with Bitcoin

I have worked in real estate for more than 25 years for the last 10 in the Caribbean today's demand for real estate in the Caribbean is becoming ever more difficult for sellers to get their money out of these countries, and it's creating a demand organically for ways to move capital in and out of the Caribbean or central banks decide how much you're allowed to move out of their country. My most recent real estate company of which I owned it was a RE/MAX in Barbadoes and there is where we found major problems when wanting to sell your property you couldn't take all the money out of the country in one shot you would have a maximum of 100,000 per year.that would scare investors so today morn more demand for in crypto purchasing real estate in the Caribbean is becoming a trend especially from countries like China we're moving their capital is ever more difficult than it was before.. I have decided to open multiple in crypto real estate offices throughout three major islands in the Caribbean for this coming fall these offices will also broker in crypto queens of all different sorts and turning them into real estate. This real estate could generate cash flow on a daily or monthly basis using systems like Airbnb which are tracked qualified tenants and offer any insurance to the property owner unlike a real estate broker can . With. The price of Bitcoin today touching US$2900 with 100 Bitcoin you can buy a property in Barbadoes or any given country that will generate a run US$150 per day. 2017 will become an epic year for real estate investors in purchasing property in the Caribbean using crypto currency and I believe that the ones who start now will benefit greatly in pioneering what is inevitable to happen.PICT0272.JPG

I own a real estate business in Orlando, how would I get started doing transactions in Bitcoin?

If the seller signs a deed over..it shouldn't matter if its dollars, bitcoins, or bananas. As long as 'value' is received and changes hands between parties.

Interesting articles. Nice to learn about other real estate markets.
