A Baffling Paradox

in paradox •  7 years ago

In my 45 year career in business I quickly learned the importance of synergy, the gathering of a group of people from different areas of experience and training to solve problems. To me it is a baffling paradox that we step out of the office or the factory and think that people who disagree with us are stupid. Democrats think Republicans are stupid and vice versa, workers and management same story, men vs. women, racial divides, religious divides, you name it. To me it is obvious that having a common goal is what brings civility and forward progress to any diverse group of people. Pardon me, but if you still think there is any group of people out there who is stupid: Guess what?
